Can I order online?

Yes! GRO clients, who have provided a valid email address, are able to shop online 24/7. Deliveries will occur during business hours, Mon – Sat 12pm – 7pm.

What is the delivery area?

We provide discrete, In-Home/Office delivery to adults 21 years of age or older to physical, verifiable home/business addresses in select cities of Alameda County,  Contra Costa County , Napa County, and Solano County.

GRO delivers to Albany, Benicia*, Berkeley, Concord*, Danville, Dixon, Dublin, Emeryville, Fairfield, Lafayette, Livermore, Napa, Oakland, Orinda, Pleasant Hill*, San Ramon, Suisun City, St. Helena*, Vacaville, Walnut Creek, and Yountville*.

* Some cities may require advance notice.

Please note: we are not accepting new clients in Vallejo at this time. Please contact the office for more information on availability of services in your city.

What is the Delivery Minimum?
  • $40 minimum to Albany, American Canyon, Benicia, Berkeley, Danville, Dixon, Dublin, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Fairfield, Lafayette, Livermore, Napa, Oakland, Orinda, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Suisun City, Vacaville, and Walnut Creek.   
  • *$60 minimum for  Concord and Pleasant Hill
  • $80 minimum for Yountville
  • *$100 minimum for St. Helena (may require advance notice)
  • Orders below the minimum may incur a $10-$20 delivery fee
  • All prices include tax
What are the requirements to use GRO’s services?
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid State Driver’s License, State Identification Card, or Passport.
  • Have an In Home/Office delivery address within our service territory.
How do I join GRO?
How does the delivery work?
After you have placed your order:
  1. The office will contact you to verify your order and delivery location.
  2. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery.

Please note, we do NOT conduct business in public, such as public parks, parking lots, vehicles,and/ or street corners.

GRO reserves the right to refuse service to anymore at anytime.

How is my order transported and packaged?

Orders are placed in a discrete bag. If there is something missing from your order or you would like to make an additional order, please contact the office immediately.

What are the payment methods?

GRO only accepts CASH at this time and full payment is due at the time of delivery.

How does the Reward Points program work?

Every time you place an order online or over the phone, you earn Rewards Points. The more you shop, the more points you earn.

Rewards Points are applied by GRO staff at the time of phone confirmation of your order by phone, NOT at the Check Out screen. No matter how many points are redeemed, the final bill still needs to meet the minimum delivery amount.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. GRO offers returns and exchanges only on damaged and/or defective products, such as a broken cartridge. GRO is unable to exchange products based solely on look, smell, and or taste.
