Can I order online?
GRO members, who have provided a valid email address at their initial registration, are able to shop online 24/7. Please note, online orders received after business hours will be processed, filled, and delivered the next business day.
What is the delivery area?
We deliver to adults 21 years of age or older to physical, verifiable home or business addresses. The select cities we service are located in the 510 and 707 area codes. Some cities may require advance notice. Please note: we are not able to deliver to Vallejo at this time. Please contact the office for more information on availability of services in your city.
Is there a minimum order?
Free delivery to all orders over $50 Orders below the minimum amount are subject to a delivery fee of $15 depending on city
What are the requirements to use GRO’s services?

  • Have a valid form of identification for age verification (driver’s license, CA id, or passport).
  • Delivery location within our service territory.

How does the delivery work?
 

First Time Delivery

After you have placed your order:
  1. The office will contact you to verify your order and delivery location.
  2. We will provide you a description of the driver and delivery vehicle.
  3. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery.
Please note, we do NOT conduct business in open spaces, such as parks or parking lots, for security reasons. GRO staff and drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if unsafe conditions are present.

Delivery Times

When placing an order, please allow us a two (2) hour delivery window. We will always do our very best to get you your order as quickly as possible. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact the office by phone with at least three (3) hours advance notice.

Delivery Drivers

The GRO delivery personnel are easily recognizable and trained in safe cannabis delivery practices. Our drivers are always professional, courteous, and discreet. All drivers have been through an extensive interview process and have passed a background check. Neither our drivers clothing or their cars are marked as a cannabis delivery service, however they will wear an ID badge displaying their name and our company.
How is my order transported and packaged?
Completed orders are placed in a plain white bag, and double sealed for transport. An itemized invoice is attached to the outside of the sealed bag. If there is something missing from your order or you would like to make an additional order, please contact the office immediately.
What are the payment methods?
GRO only accepts CASH at this time and full payment is due at the time of delivery.
How does the Reward Points program work?
  1. Every time you place an order online or over the phone, you earn Rewards Points. The more you shop, the more points you earn. Rewards Points can only be REDEEMED when you shop online, at the Check Out screen. No matter how many points are redeemed, the final bill still needs to meet the minimum delivery amount.
  2. Rewards points only apply to product cost. Rewards points cannot be applied to excise or sales tax.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all cannabis flower within 24 hours of purchase. For maximum quality control, we cannot GUARANTEE returns or exchanges on opened Edibles, Drinks, Tinctures, Concentrates, Capsules, Topicals, or Pre Rolls. However, if you are dissatisfied with any product in these categories, please contact us immediately by email or phone to discuss your order.
